I really like it! It looks really nice, clean, and professional. I'm not sure if I'll be very good at critiquing your work, it seems pretty dead on to your objectives... but I'll try my best to be objective on a critique, just keep in mind I love it already. (And would like seeing more of your work!)Hmmm, I'm not sure how I feel on the shadowing on the nose, that's the first thing that sticks out. Just with the direction of the light on the head it seems to cast a shadow on the opposite side. I'm also not that favoring of the angle it makes the nose seem to squish up proportionately to me. (And even though it makes it look smaller, I prefer the way you had it stylized in pens/pencil)
The hands also came off as a little small to me. I don't know, maybe I just make my hands a bit bigger in those proportions, but if it were me I'd try to make them slightly larger, maybe 5 or 10% larger. I also probably would have made her palm show slightly her right hand (or the hand to the left, what ever you want to call it, lol)
I also think you probably could have tried to put a little more detail into the watch. It's not immediately noticeable, but when you stair at it long enough it isn't up to par with the rest of the image.
Lastly, I think Patchirisu could be better. It's good, but not as stylized as Hikari... but I don't know how completely fair that is to say, Pachirisu is stylized just not in the same way, but that could still fit with the style because you could just be drawing people and pokemon with different styles... but with me, I would have given patchirisu a small touch of an American artstyle to fit in better with Hikari who comes off slightly american, slightly retro. The style you have it in now seems to be kinda realistic to me, which I personally think doesn't fit as well.
One last thing to say about Patchirisu is that I think the angle of the ears are off and you forgot to do the rest of it's tail. (either that or it's too thin/ wrong angle). I just think because of the pose of Pachi's head, the ear on it's right side/farthest left on the picture should have the ear hole either point towards the opposite eye like the other one, point to each other like Sugimori, or point behind it. This style just seems like it's making some awkward pose of them both pointing to the left.
Still I love the picture, especially with how clean it turned out and how you did her eyes and eyebrows. They really pop at you and the shape and how you place the eyelashes looks really cute and spectacular! I'd comment on the pose, but it didn't look like you were initially planning to take this image any more from a doodle so it wouldn't be really fair to critique it, but I definitely think you could have went more dynamic if you wanted to.
What program did you use to color it (if I may ask) it turned out really nice, I'm guessing something like Photoshop, but you did it so well it looks almost like illustrator!
